Shipping Methods

All purchases will be shipped via USPS First Class within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise specified. If you need your order expedited sooner, please let me know and I will do my best to get your order out sooner than 3 days if possible. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or full refund. You will be entitled to get a refund or exchange of the product if you request one in writing within 6 days of receipt. All items must be returned unused and in a saleable condition. We will process refund of purchase once we receive the return. Original shipping charges and duties are not refundable. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Unfortunately, we can't accept liability for products that get lost or damaged in return transit.

LOST IN TRANSIT
If an item is lost or damaged during shipment we are not responsible, but will work with you to rectify the problem. If you would like to add insurance to your package, please contact us before purchasing to discuss any additional shipping fees.

Additional Information

Mosaic jewelry should not be placed for extended periods of time in water due to the nature of the materials used. Do not use harsh cleaners or dips that could damage or compromise the grout or adhesives used in your jewelry piece. Finally, take care when handling pieces with stained glass or smalti. Though every effort has been made to soften glass edges, please keep in mind that the glass can still have sharp curves or edges.
